  • iceblock moulds

  • cups milk kefir or 1 cup Greek Yoghurt and ½ cup plain milk
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 1 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1 cup fruit (berries, peaches, pineapple, etc.) cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup muesli toasted

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the kefir, honey and chia seeds.
  • Fill the iceblock moulds about ¼ full with yoghurt mixture, then drop in the fruit. Spoon more yoghurt mixture in to cover the fruit. Avoid air pockets by pressing the mixture down with a spoon.
  • Sprinkle muesli in over the yoghurt and fruit and press down with a spoon so it is incorporated into the yoghurt mixture.
  • Freeze for at least 5 hours. When you're ready to eat, leave on the bench for 5-10 minutes before removing from moulds and they will slide out easily.
