Green smoothies are a great way to pack in a lot of nutrients all in one go – and this Kiwi Green Smoothie is no exception.
Combining the powerful trio of kiwifruit, banana and spinach, it’s a nourishing meal that’s full of vitamin C, antioxidants and fibre (and it tastes pretty good too!).
Simply blend your fruits with protein powder, chia seeds and ice, and you’ve got a satisfying and healthy smoothie that’s the perfect start to any day.

Here’s how you make a kiwi green smoothie:
Ingredients
- 2 Kiwi *small, peeled)
- 1 Banana (frozen)
- 50 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
- 25 grams Chia Seeds
- 75 grams Baby Spinach
- 500 mL Water
- 4 Ice Cubes
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes:
No chia seeds? Use flaxseeds instead.
No protein powder? Use hemp seeds instead.
