Here’s how you make an easy and healthy beef stir fry:

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps Rice Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (peeled and grated, or minced)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Garlic (cloves; or 2tsp minced)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil (or peanut oil)
  • 500 grams Beef Tenderloin (sliced into strips)
  • 300 grams Green Beans (trimmed and halved)
  • 1 Red Capsicum (large – chopped)
  • 200 grams Bok Choy (~2 bunch – separate the stalks from the leaves, cut the stalks into strips and the leaves in half)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Step 2

Add oil to a large frying pan or wok and place over medium heat. Add beef saute for 3 to 5 minutes or until beef is cooked rare. Add in capsicum and cook until soft. Add stems of bok choy, green beans and sauce, stir through and simmer for 3 mins. Add bok choy leaves and cook for another 2 mins.

Step 3
